1. AI Generation Disclaimer

This tool utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini 3.0 Pro) to generate images. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

AI is Experimental: The technology is continuously evolving. Results may vary significantly based on inputs and random generation factors.
No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee perfect realism, historical accuracy, or that the output will match your exact mental image. Minor visual artifacts or errors may occur.

2. Refund Policy

We charge a small fee to cover the high computational costs of running the AI server.

Technical Errors: If the system fails to generate an image due to a technical error (server crash, bug) but consumes a credit, please contact support for a full refund or credit restoration.
Style Preferences: Refunds are not provided if you are simply unsatisfied with the artistic style or aesthetic interpretation of the AI. The fee covers the generation attempt itself.

3. Credits & Tokens

Non-Transferable: Credits are linked to the specific Token provided at purchase. They cannot be transferred to other users.
Data Responsibility: Your Token is stored locally in your browser. It is your responsibility to save your Token (e.g., in a password manager). If you clear your browser cache/data without backing up your Token, your credits may be lost.
